Our Hosted Dynamics CRM 4.0 Core service provides a low cost, entry level CRM solution for your business. Delivered as a "hosted service" so that no additional hardware or software is required, the system can be used and maintained by non-technical people and access is provided over a standard Internet Explorer web browser or via Microsoft Outlook 2007.

Dynamics CRM 4.0 provides businesses with an easy to use and extendable customer management system, allowing you to perform various business processes more effectively and manage activities for Sales, Marketing and Service functions.

  • Sales: Accessible through Microsoft Outlook, Dynamics CRM 4.0 provides the right user experience to drive CRM success, increasing user adoption and increased productivity. The system provides anywhere, anytime access to sales information, including accurate, contact information, forecasts, reports and sales pipeline information to allow you to identify prospects quickly - resulting in a more productive sales channel.

Hosted Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 provides end-to-end management of your marketing through one central platform, giving a holistic view of customer data, activities and results.

Dynamics CRM 4.0 helps you to deliver better service, to retain customers and increase profitability, enabling you to deliver fast, consistent customer service. This allows you to improve customer satisfaction by being able to spot trends and react rather than simply treating individual support requests.

For just £30.00 per user per month, the Hosted Dynamics CRM 4.0 Core service provides you with:

  • 500MB of CRM storage per user (shared across the CRM system)
  • CRM Encryption
  • Outlook Access
  • Web Browser Access
  • Ability to apply up to 5 workflows
  • 99.9% Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • 12 month minimum contract term

In additional to the above features, the following are available as optional extras:

  • Standard Technical Support (NB: technical support is not provided with the Core service)
